T. Kyle Bryant | Co-Founder
Kyle Bryant started his career as a real estate attorney in Texas. But he soon discovered he enjoyed making deals and connecting with people, rather than tax litigation. Although no longer practicing, Kyle’s legal experience acts as a competitive advantage in sourcing, acquiring, and executing deals.Kyle is co-founder of Crockett Capital, a real estate firm focused on finding strategic, off-market opportunities in land. He currently lives in Franklin, TN.
Matt Walt | Co-Founder
Matt Walt brings over a decade of engineering, public utilities, and project management experience to the Fund. Matt’s first exposure to real estate development actually came while working as project manager for a major electric power engineering and construction company.After venturing into raw land development, Matt’s analytical and detail-oriented approach has been able to drive consistently high returns for investors, while creating value in land where others see none. Matt lives in Houston, TX.
